研究目的：

故本研究基于戒烟受试者长期依从性和及时性的前提下，针对戒烟时机和戒烟条件的限制，提出耳穴埋豆与经皮穴位电刺激相结合的自助式针灸戒烟方案。通过验证耳穴联合针灸治疗仪对烟草依赖者戒断的疗效，评价自助式耳穴联合经皮电刺激戒烟的依从性与安全性，进一步优化中医针灸戒烟治疗方案，制定可推广的、实用性强的的医者干预和戒烟者自我操作的针灸戒烟方案，为创立“医院+家庭”的针灸戒烟协作管理模式奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the premise of long-term compliance and timeliness of the subjects who quit smoking, this study proposed a self-acupuncture quit smoking program combining ear point bean embedding and percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in view of the limitations of quitting time and conditions. By verifying the efficacy of ear points combined with acupuncture treatment apparatus for tobacco dependence, evaluating the compliance and safety of self-assisted ear points combined with percutaneous electrical stimulation for quitting smoking, further optimizing the TCM acupuncture and moxibustion treatment program for quitting smoking, and developing popularizable and practical medical intervention and self-operated acupuncture and moxibustion program for quitting smoking. It laid the foundation for the establishment of "hospital + family" collaborative management model of acupuncture and moxibustion smoking cessation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①自愿戒烟者; ②年龄 18 ～ 70 岁; ③烟龄≧ 1年; ④吸烟量≧ 10 支/d; ⑤尿液可的宁检测呈阳性;⑥自愿参加，签署知情同意书; ⑦如果已经接受过其他戒烟治疗，经过30 d 以上的洗脱期。

Inclusion criteria

①Those who voluntarily quit smoking; ② The age ranged from 18 to 70; ③ Smoking age ≧ 1 year; ④ Smoking ≧ 10 cigarettes /d; ⑤ Urine corning test was positive; ⑥ Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent; If you have already received other smoking cessation treatments, the washout period should be more than 30 days.

排除标准：

②①患严重的心、肺、脑、血液系统疾病以及糖尿病患者; ②患有精神疾病和吸毒者; ③患有诊断不明确的疾病者; ④有出凝血机制障碍或正服用抗凝血药物的人士; ⑤孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

③① Patients with serious heart, lung, brain, blood system diseases and diabetes; ② Suffering from mental illness and drug addiction;③ patients suffering from undiagnosed diseases; ④ people with coagulation disorder or taking anticoagulant drugs;⑤ Pregnant women.
