研究目的：

1.评价中医穴位贴敷治疗儿童腹泻的有效性与安全性。 2.基于以上研究，挖掘中医穴位贴敷治疗儿童腹泻有效人群特征及贴敷处方特点。

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of TCM acupressure in the treatment of diarrhea in children. 2. Based on the above study, to explore the characteristics of the effective population of TCM acupressure for the treatment of diarrhea in children and the characteristics of the patch prescription

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合腹泻疾病诊断标准； （2）年龄大于6个月（含），小于12周岁（含）； （3）性别不限； （4）腹泻天数≤5天； （5） 脱水程度轻度或中度； （6）自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书； （7）患儿或家属具有一定的阅读和理解能力，能阅读并签署知情同意书，并能较好理解与配合问诊。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for diarrheal diseases; (2) Age greater than 6 months (inclusive) and less than 12 years (inclusive); (3) Gender is not limited; (4) Number of days of diarrhea ≤ 5 days; (5) Mild or moderate degree of dehydration; (6) Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent; (7) The child or the child's family has certain reading and understanding ability, can read and sign the informed consent form, and can better understand and cooperate with the consultation.

排除标准：

（1）诊断为痢疾的患儿； （2）患有传染性疾病（麻疹、猩红热等）者； （3）心、肝、肾等脏器功能衰竭或有严重代谢、血液、神经系统疾病者； （4）营养不良、免疫缺陷者； （5）贴敷部位有皮损者，如瘢痕、溃疡等； （6）汗液分泌异常的植物神经功能紊乱者； （7）过敏体质或对消肿止痛贴已知成分过敏者； （8）正在参加其它研究者； （9）研究医生判断难以配合或有其他原因不适合参与本研究观察的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children diagnosed with dysentery; (2) Those suffering from infectious diseases (measles, scarlet fever, etc.) (3) Those with heart, liver, kidney and other organ failure or serious metabolic, hematological or neurological diseases (4) Those who are malnourished or immunodeficient (5) Those with skin lesions at the patching site, such as scarring, ulcers, etc.; (6) Those with abnormal sweat secretion of Phyto dysfunction; (7) Allergic or allergic to the known ingredients of the pain relief patch; (8) Those who are participating in other studies; (9) Those who, in the judgment of the study physician, have difficulty cooperating or have other reasons for not being suitable to participate in the observation of this study.

本研究依托基层诊所互联网电子诊疗平台收集相关数据,将通过在诊疗平台上创建病历模板或通过西苑医院开发的临床研究微信数据平台“医患信息服务平台（V1.0）”进行采集。数据管理人员将分批导出数据进行数据清理，根据制定的数据核查计划（Data Verification Plan，DVP）进行离线数据核查，有疑数据由研究者进行确认。

This study relies on the Internet e-clinic platform of primary clinics to collect relevant data, which will be collected by creating medical record templates on the clinic platform or through the clinical research weibo data platform "Doctor-Patient Information Service Platform (V1.0)" developed by Xiyuan Hospital.The data manager will export the data in batches for data cleaning and offline data verification according to the developed Data Verification Plan (DVP), and the doubtful data will be confirmed by the researcher.
