研究目的：

本研究通过随机对照试验，旨在评价温针灸疗法对脾肾阳虚型肌少症患者的肌肉功能与中医证候的改善作用，验证其基于体质辨证的精准干预优势，为中医特色技术治疗肌少症提供循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

Through a randomized controlled trial this study aimed to evaluate the improvement effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on muscle function and Chinese medicine evidence in patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency myasthenia gravis to validate the advantages of its precise intervention based on somatic identification and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of myasthenia gravis with Chinese medicine characteristic techniques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在60-80周岁，男女不限；同时符合亚洲肌肉衰减综合征工作组（AWGS）提出的诊断标准以及中医脾肾阳虚辨证标准； （2）具备基本沟通和认知能力； （3）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 60-80 years old male or female; also meets the diagnostic criteria proposed by the Asian Working Group on Muscle Weakening Syndrome (AWGS) as well as the TCM criteria for spleen and kidney yang deficiency; (2) Possess basic communication and cognitive skills; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）各种疾病的急性期或严重功能障碍，如心力衰竭、肝肾功能不全、免疫系统性疾病、慢性病急性发作期、传染病等患者； （2）继发性肌肉力量或功能减退者，包括脑卒中、恶性肿瘤、器官衰竭等； （3）身体内植入电子设备或金属物； （4）研究开始前３个月进行过任何有关于肌少症的治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients in the acute phase or severe dysfunction of various diseases such as heart failure hepatic and renal insufficiency immune system diseases acute exacerbation of chronic diseases and infectious diseases; (2) People with secondary muscle strength or function loss including stroke malignant tumor and organ failure; (3) Implanted electronic devices or metal objects in the body; (4) Patients who have had any treatment for sarcopenia in the 3 months prior to the start of the study.
