研究目的：

评价CT引导下选择性背根神经节电针治疗胸段带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of CT-guided selective dorsal root ganglion electroacupuncture for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 签署知情同意书； (2) 带状疱疹皮疹愈合后持续1个月及以上的疼痛； (3) 疱疹累及肋间神经； (4) 病程时间≤3月； (5) 年龄50-80岁，男女不限； (6) VAS 评分≥4。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The participant participates signed informed consent is required; (2) Pain that lasts >= 1 month after the shingles rash has healed; (3) Herpes affects the intercostal nerve; (4) The participant 's onset time <= 3 months; (5) The participant is a male or female outpatient aged 50–80 years; (6) The participant has a VAS score >= 4.

排除标准：

(1) 隐匿性疱疹及内脏神经疱疹性疼痛； (2) 白血病、再生障碍性贫血、系统性红斑狼疮、肾移植、肝移植、恶性肿瘤、艾滋病； (3) 实验室指标异常： ALT、AST、BUN超过正常值上限20%者；有临床意义的其它实验室指标异常者； (4) 妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或近三个月有怀孕计划者； (5) 过敏体质； (6) 根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况，以及由于精神和行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者； (7) 近一个月内参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Occult herpes and visceral nerve herpetic pain; (2) Leukemia, aplastic anemia, systemic lupus erythematosus, kidney transplantation, liver transplantation, malignant tumor, AIDS; (3) Abnormal laboratory indicators: Those with ALT, AST, BUN exceeding 20% of the upper limit of normal; those with other clinically significant laboratory indicators abnormal; (4) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have pregnancy plans in the past three months; (5) Allergies; (6) According to the judgment of the investigator, those who have other diseases that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, which may easily cause loss to follow-up, and those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders; (7) Patients who participated in other clinical trials within the past month.

由上海中医药大学统计教研室专业人员基于（分层）区组随计划方法产生随机分配表（内含随机种子、区组长度和数目在内的随机化信息，按中心分层）。由计算机软件SPSS产生的随机数字与序号（1，2，3，……）对应所组成的随机数字序列的所有随机数字指定为A组或B组，A组或B组再指定为试验组或对照组并记录在案；确定随机数字的分组必须由专人执行；确定并记录有分组信息的表称为“随机分配表”。
