研究目的：

1.在基础降糖治疗的基础上针刺解溪、复溜穴对治疗糖尿病是否具有增效作用； 2.子母补泻法对治疗糖尿病是否具有指导作用。

Objectives of Study：

1. On the basis of basic hypoglycemic therapy, whether acupuncture at Jiexi and Fuliu points has a synergistic effect on the treatment of diabetes; 2. Whether the method of reinforcing and reducing the mother-child has a guiding effect on the treatment of diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》西医诊断标准； 2.符合消渴病阴虚证型中医诊断标准； 3.年龄在20-60岁之间； 4.无针刺禁忌症； 5.各项检查指标符合治疗的适应证； 6.患者具有知情权，患者愿意接受治疗、依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of western medicine in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China"; 2. Meet the TCM diagnostic criteria for Yin deficiency syndrome of Diabetes; 3. Age between 20-60 years old; 4. No contraindications to acupuncture; 5. The inspection indicators meet the indications for treatment; 6. The patient has the right to know, and the patient is willing to receive treatment and has good compliance.

排除标准：

1.有急性并发症如糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血糖高渗状态等，或合并有其它严重原发性疾病； 2.肝肾功能不全患者； 3.痴呆或精神病患者； 4.有其他感染者； 5.妊娠期和哺乳期妇女； 6.1型糖尿病患者； 7.具有针刺禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar state, or combined with other serious primary diseases; 2. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with dementia or mental illness; 4. Patients with other infections; 5. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 6. Patients with Type 1 diabetes; 7. Those who have contraindications to acupuncture.

选取已经确诊的2型糖尿病患者40例，由第三方人员将40例患者分男女分别输入EXCEL表格中的A列，在B列输入“=RAND（）”产生随机数字，将B列中的随机数字复制选择粘贴数值到C列中并排序，从上往下依次将其等量分到2个研究组中即随机对照分组完成。
