研究目的：

旨在研制可量化的肾气虚证量表，评价该量表的信效度及完成诊断试验。由研制和评价量表及诊断试验两部分组成。

Objectives of Study：

The aim was to develop a quantifiable kidney qi deficiency evidence scale, to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale and to complete a diagnostic test. It consists of two parts: the development and evaluation of the scale and the diagnostic test.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18 周岁；②性别不限；③对调查知情同意；④无严重精神疾患，理解能力正常可配合完成调查者；⑤受试者本人知情同意，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① age ≥ 18 years old; ② gender is not limited; ③ informed consent to the survey; ④ no serious mental illness, normal comprehension ability can cooperate with the completion of the survey; ⑤ informed consent of the subjects themselves, and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①存在精神疾病不能合作者，不能正确理解或配合完成调查内容者；②未获得知情同意者；③有重大疾病或合并其他并发症，无法配合完成调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

① People with mental illnesses who cannot cooperate and cannot properly understand or cooperate in completing the survey; ② People who have not obtained informed consent; ③ People with major diseases or other complications who cannot cooperate in completing the survey.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

《中药新药临床研究指导原则》肾气虚证诊断标准：主要症状：腰脊部酸痛；疲乏；水肿；脘腹胀满；胃纳少。次要症状：大便溏薄；小便频或夜尿多；舌质淡红，苔薄白，可有齿痕；脉细。诊断标准：具备肾气虚证的 2 种主要症状，或 1 种主要症状和 2 种次要症状。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Diagnostic Criteria for Kidney Qi Deficiency in the Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines: Primary symptoms: pain in the lumbar spine; fatigue; edema; distention and fullness in the epigastric region; and low gastric intake. Secondary symptoms: loose stools; frequent urination or nocturia; pale red tongue with thin white moss, may have teeth marks; fine pulse. Diagnostic Criteria: Possessing 2 main symptoms of Kidney Qi deficiency, or 1 main symptom and 2 secondary symptoms.
