研究目的：

通过剪切波弹性成像和红外热成像技术研究推拿结合易罐治疗肌筋膜炎的疗效，其技术关键是研究推拿结合易罐治疗肌筋膜炎的诊疗机制和疗效评定研究，并通过测出剪切波传播速度C和组织密度以计算杨氏模量值E，判断组织应变值ε，评估肌肉的硬度和弹性变化；并结合红外热成像提取病变肌肉的温度值，判断炎症程度，以评估疾病转归程度，形成肌筋膜炎的客观诊断和评估标准。

Objectives of Study：

Shear wave elastic imaging and infrared thermal imaging techniques were used to study the efficacy of massage combined with easy cupping in the treatment of myofascitis. The key technology was to examine the diagnosis and treatment mechanism and evaluate the efficacy of massage combined with easy cupping in the treatment of myofascitis. By measuring shear wave propagation velocity C and tissue density, Young's modulus value E was calculated and tissue strain value ε was determined to evaluate muscle hardness and elasticity changes. And combined with infrared thermal imaging to extract the temperature value of the diseased muscle, judge the degree of inflammation, and evaluate the degree of disease prognosis, to form an objective diagnosis and evaluation criteria for myofascitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合中医、西医诊断标准，疼痛部位为上斜方肌。 （2）年纪＞18 岁，＜60 岁，性别不限。 （3）病史在 1 年以上且 VAS＞3 分。 （4）影像学检查(X-ray、CT、MRI)，除外非软组织源性所引起的其他疾病。 （5）意识清楚，能够清楚地表达自己的意见。 （6）自愿参与临床试验、依从性好、并在知情同意书上签名的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) In line with the diagnostic standards of Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the pain site is the upper trapezius muscle. (2) Age > 18 years old, < 60 years old, gender unlimited. (3) Medical history of more than 1 year and VAS > 3 points. (4) Imaging examination (X-ray, CT, MRI), excluding other diseases caused by non-soft tissue origin. (5) Clear awareness, able to express their opinions clearly. (6) Patients who voluntarily participate in clinical trials, have good compliance and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）风湿、类风湿性疾病、强直性脊柱炎患者； （2）有感染、肿瘤、结核类肌肉疾病史患者； （3）急性颈椎间盘突出、颈椎脱位、骨折患者； （4）恶性肿瘤患者； （5）血液系统疾病患者； （6）严重心、肝、肺、肾等器官功能障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with rheumatism, rheumatoid diseases and ankylosing spondylitis; (2) Patients with a history of muscle diseases such as infection, tumor, or tuberculosis; (3) Patients with acute cervical disc herniation, cervical dislocation, and fracture; (4) Patients with malignant tumors; (5) Patients with blood system diseases; (6) Patients with serious organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney.
