研究目的：

观察推拿对全膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of massage on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 符合膝骨性关节炎的诊断标准并处于晚期（Kellgren-Lawrence grades 3 and 4）的患者； (2) 年龄在50岁～80岁之间； (3) 签署知情同意书，愿意接受并能配合检查、治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and are in advanced stage (Kellgren-Lawrence grades 3 and 4); 2. The age is between 50 and 80 years old; 3. Those who sign informed consent and are willing to accept and cooperate with examination and treatment.

排除标准：

(1)对其中一种药物过敏的患者； (2)有凝血障碍或肝病者； (3)有出血史者；使用其他抗凝剂的； (4)有高或非常高的血栓栓塞事件风险的人； (5)在手术前活动障碍者，有DVT或PE的病史； (6)已知的高凝状态(如雌激素的使用)； (7)近期恶性肿瘤的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to one of the drugs; 2. Patients with coagulation disorder or liver disease; 3. Those with a history of bleeding or the use of other anticoagulants; 4. People with a high or very high risk of thromboembolic events; 5. Patients with preoperative dyskinesia have a history of DVT or PE; 6. known hypercoagulable state (such as the use of estrogen); 7. With recent history of malignant tumors;
