研究目的：

本研究将超声量化评估与电针干预结合，通过超声观察针刺危重症病人足三里上巨虚后胃动力影响，证实电针可改善胃动力，超声技术为急性胃肠功能损伤疗效评价提供了无创、可重复的影像学依据，电针的应用为急性胃肠功能损伤治疗提供了新的思路。

Objectives of Study：

This study integrated quantitative ultrasound assessment with electroacupuncture intervention investigating the effects of electroacupuncture at Zusanli (ST36) and Shangjuxu (ST37) acupoints on gastric motility in critically ill patients through ultrasound monitoring. The results demonstrated that electroacupuncture can effectively enhance gastric motility. Ultrasound technology provided non-invasive and reproducible imaging-based evidence for evaluating therapeutic efficacy in acute gastrointestinal injury. Furthermore the application of electroacupuncture presents a novel therapeutic approach for the management of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 18≤年龄≤80； 2) 符合急性胃肠损伤中 I-III 级的诊断标准（2012 European Society for Intensive Care Medicine； 3) 配合操作，依从性高，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) 18 ≤ age ≤ 80; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria for grades I-III in acute gastrointestinal injuries (2012 European Society for Intensive Care Medicine); 3) cooperate with the operation have a high degree of compliance and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)孕妇及哺乳期妇女、近半年有生育要求者； 2)存在晚期恶性肿瘤，预计寿命明显缩短的患者； 3)无法经肠道给与标准治疗药物的患者;如存在严重消化系统疾病（如急性消化道大出血、腹部大手术后、机械性肠梗阻等） 4)针刺部位皮肤有破损，不宜进行针刺的患者； 5)正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant and lactating women those who have a request for childbirth in the last six months; 2) Patients with advanced malignant tumors and a significantly shorter life expectancy; 3) Patients who are unable to administer standard therapeutic drugs via the intestinal tract; e.g. those with severe digestive diseases (e.g. acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage post-abdominal major surgery mechanical intestinal obstruction etc.) 4) Patients with skin damage at the site of the needle puncture which makes the procedure unsuitable for the patients; 5) Patients who are taking part in otherclinical trials.

本实验将采用区块随机化的方法。未与受试者接触的独立研究人员将使用SPSS25.0生成随机数表，将74名符合条件的受试者以1：1的比例分为实验组和对照组。研究人员不参与随机分组，疗效评价者将不知道研究组方案，数据统计学家在研究的设计或实施中没有作用。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Block randomization will be used in this experiment. Independent investigators who did not contact with the subjects will use SPSS25.0 to generate a random number table to divide the 74 eligible subjects in a 1:1 ratio between the experimental and control groups. The investigators will not participate in the randomization the efficacy evaluator will be unaware of the study group protocol and the data statistician will have no role in the design or implementation of the study.
