研究目的：

观察电针郄穴在全膝关节置换术后急性疼痛及关节功能康复的效应。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on acute pain and joint function rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄55-80岁，性别不限； 2、诊断为骨关节炎，住院择期在全麻下行单侧膝关节置换手术病例，无手术禁忌症，同意参加本试验； 3、美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级为I或II级。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age ranges from 55 to 80 years old, regardless of gender. 2, diagnosed as osteoarthritis, hospitalization elective unilateral knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia, no surgical contraindications, agreed to participate in this trial. 3. The American Association of Anesthesiologists ((ASA)) is classified as I or II.

排除标准：

1、术前一月内已行针灸治疗； 2、既往有严重的心脏、精神、消化道疾病病史； 3、有凝血功能障碍者； 4、术中发生严重不良事件且影响术后针刺治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acupuncture has been performed within one month before the operation. 2. Have a history of serious heart, mental and digestive tract diseases. 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction. 4. Serious adverse events occurred during the operation and affected the postoperative acupuncture treatment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由统计学老师负责在SPSS软件上产生包括96个随机数字的随机序列，其中每四个随机数字为一个区组。在每一个区组内，按随机号的大小分组，较小的两个为A组，较大的两个为B组。96个随机号被等分为 A、B两组。受试者按照入组的时间顺序进入相应的组别。A 组：电针组，B 组：安慰针组。并由专门人员记录和保存。
