研究目的：

针对一种新研制的安慰针具，研究其临床盲态实施情况，探究该安慰针具的遮蔽效应。

Objectives of Study：

To study the blind clinical implementation of a newly developed comfort needle, and to explore the masking effect of the comfort needle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①男性或女性，年龄18～70岁； ②健康人群； ③纳入本研究前的1个月未参加其他临床试验； ④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Male or female, age 18-70; ② Healthy, with no sign of diseasee; ③ Did not participate in other clinical trials in the past 1 month; ④ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①明确诊断为患有器质性疾病，如心衰、肿瘤、肾衰竭等； ②既往3个月内有物质（酒或药）滥用或依赖； ③害怕针灸； ④怀孕或正在哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

① Diagnosis of severe disease, such as heart failure, tumor, kidney failure; ② Abuse to alcohol or drugs in the past 3months; ③ Fear of acupuncture; ④ Pregnant or breast-feeding.

研究成员以一随机数字作为种子，输入SPSS26.0，生成随机序列后1:1分为针刺组与安慰针刺组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A random number was set as a seed to generate a random allocation sequence by IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 (IBM SPSS Inc., Chicago, USA). According to the sequence, participants were randomized 1:1 into acupuncture group and placebo acupuncture group.
