研究目的：

本课题旨在评价应用八宝丹胶囊联合抗生素治疗急性肾盂肾炎，为急性肾盂肾炎的临床治疗提供有效的帮助。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the application of Babaodan capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis, and to provide effective help for the clinical treatment of acute. pyelonephritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合急性肾盂肾炎诊断标准； 2.辨证属膀胱湿热证； 3.尿细菌培养均为阳性； 4.知情且签署同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pyelonephritis; 2.Syndrome differentiation is bladder damp-heat syndrome; 3.Urine bacterial cultures are all positive; 4.Those who know and sign the consent form.

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 2.患精神疾病者； 3.肾功能衰竭者； 4.伴尿路梗阻、畸形者； 5.全身感染者； 6.近2周内有服用其他相关药物，或正在参加其他药物临床试验者； 7.药物过敏患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.People suffering from mental illness; 3.People with renal failure; 4.Accompanied by urinary tract obstruction or deformity; 5.Systemic infection; 6.Those who have taken other related drugs in the past 2 weeks or are participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 7.Patients with drug allergy.
