Objectives of Study：

To clarify the clinical efficacy of Yi Jin Jing in elderly patients with sarcopenia and to obtain high-level evidence-based evidence of Yi Jin Jing intervention in sarcopenia in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①符合上述肌少症诊断标准； ②年龄≥60 岁； ③最近三个月未从事有规律的运动锻炼(每周至少 3 次，每次至少 20 分钟的规律性锻炼)； ④自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

① met the above diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; ② aged ≥60 years; ③not engaged in regular exercise in the last three months (at least 3 times per week, at least 20 minutes of regular exercise each time); ④ voluntarily participated in this study by signing an informed consent form;

排除标准：

①有肌肉骨骼系统疾病及其他运动系统禁忌症者； ②视听力、理解障碍、文盲等不能配合测试者； ③合并痴呆、躁狂症、精神疾病史者； ④其他功能障碍导致功能评估无法配合者； ⑤正在参加影响本研究结果的其他研究试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Those with musculoskeletal system diseases and other contraindications to the exercise system; ② Those who are unable to cooperate with the test due to visual-hearing, comprehension disorders, illiteracy, etc; ③ Those with a history of combined dementia, mania, or mental illness; ④ Those who cannot cooperate with the functional assessment due to other functional disorders; ⑤ Those who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this study;

以社区医院（18家社区医院）为群组，进行群组随机化。采用简单随机系统将纳入的18家社区医院为群组单元对象按1:1:1比例随机分为易筋经组、抗阻训练组和等待治疗组，每组包含3个群组单元。由于易筋经运动和抗阻训练无法对受试者、研究者设盲，因此对研究结果评估者、统计分析者设盲，待研究结果统计分析完成后揭盲。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Cluster randomization was performed using community hospitals (18 community hospitals) as a cluster. A simple randomization system was used to randomly divide the included 18 community hospitals as cluster unit subjects into Yi Jin Jing group, resistance training group, and waiting for treatment group in a 1:1:1 ratio, with each group containing 3 cluster units. Since the Yi Jin Jing exercise and resistance training could not be blinded to the subjects and researchers, the evaluators of the study results and the statistical analyzers were blinded, and the blinding was uncovered after the statistical analysis of the study results was completed.
