研究目的：

本课题组拟结合中医科和耳鼻喉科优势，在原有的基础上，开展更为全面的中西医结合治疗OSAHS疾病的探索，为临床治疗该疾病提供新思路, 制订、实施中西医联合诊疗流程，为也建立儿童OSAHS中西医结合诊疗指南提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to combine the advantage of the the department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the ENT department, and carry a combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of pediatric OSAHS in original foundation, provide fresh ideas for the treatment of this disease, develop and carry out the process of diagnosis and treatment in the combination treatment, and provide theoretical basis for the guideline establishment of pediatric OSAHS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 既往有明确病史，符合轻、中度OSAHS诊断者。 2. 年龄为3-12岁，性别不限。 3. 符合入选标准（中医和西医）的既往干预且随访资料完整者。 4. 可定期按要求返回协作机构评估者。 5. 自愿同意参加试验，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with a clear history of OSAHS were diagnosed as mild or moderate OSAHS. 2. The age of patients was 2-12 years old. 3. Patients who met the inclusion criteria (traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine) and had complete follow-up data. 4. Patients who can return to the collaborative agency for evaluation on a regular basis. 5. The patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in the trial signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 中枢性呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿 2. OSHAS外合并有其他系统疾病的综合征患者。 3. 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者。 4. 施针皮肤有破溃不宜进行针灸治疗者。 5. 对酒精、胶布过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with central apnea hypopnea syndrome; 2. Patients with syndrome of other systemic diseases other than OSHAS; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardio cerebral vascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and psychosis. 4. Patients with skin ulceration during acupuncture should not be treated with acupuncture. 5. Patients allergic to alcohol and adhesive tape.
