研究目的：

主要目标：以膝骨关节炎为例评估智能针灸机器人系统的临床疗效 次要目标：评价智能针灸机器人对膝骨关节炎患者治疗期间的安全性、完成患者对针灸机器人期望值及满意度量表的评估。

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the intelligent acupuncture robot system in the case of osteoarthritis of the knee Secondary objective: to evaluate the safety of the intelligent acupuncture robot during the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee and to complete the assessment of patient expectations and satisfaction scales for the acupuncture robot.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.根据美国风湿病学会( American College of Rheumatology，ACR )临床标准诊断为膝关节OA的患者。 2.病程≤5年。 3.身体质量指数（Body Mass Index，BMI）≤30。 4.有骨关节炎的放射学证实（Kellgren-Lawrence分级II 或 III）。 5.有骨关节炎的放射学证实（Kellgren-Lawrence分级II 或 III）。 6.性别不限， 40≤年龄≤70周岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with knee OA according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) clinical criteria . 2.Disease duration ≤5 years. 3.Body Mass Index (BMI) ≤30 . 4.Radiographic confirmation of osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence Grade II or III). 5.Pain score ≥4 on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). 6.No gender restriction age between 40 and 70 years.

排除标准：

1.近3个月内参加其他临床试验者或进行过针灸治疗 2.金属及光敏树脂过敏者 3.行膝关节置换术或等待膝关节手术者 4.其他疾病引起的膝关节疼痛 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女 6.近1个月内使用激素、镇痛药等药物者 7.过去12个月内进行过关节镜检查或过去6个月进行过关节内注射 8.严重的急性或慢性器质性疾病或精神疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participation in other clinical trials or acupuncture treatment within the last 3 months. 2.Allergies to metals or photosensitive resins. 3.Knee replacement surgery or patients awaiting knee surgery. 4.Knee pain caused by other diseases. 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 6.Use of hormones analgesics or other medications within the past month. 7.Arthroscopic examination within the past 12 months or intra-articular injection within the past 6 months. 8.Severe acute or chronic organic diseases or mental disorders.
