研究目的：

选取颅脑损伤昏迷患者作为研究对象，随机分为2组，观察组接受电针刺激康复治疗和常规促醒治疗，对照组接受常规促醒治疗。收集干预前和12周后颅脑损伤昏迷患者的昏迷量表、感觉和运动诱发电位数据，比较分析结果。

Objectives of Study：

Traumatic brain injury patients with coma were selected randomly divided into two groups, the observation group received electro-acupuncture stimulation rehabilitation treatment and conventional rehabilitation treatment, the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment. The coma scale, sensory evoked potential and motor evoked potential data of patients in coma after craniocerebral injury were collected before intervention and after 12 weeks.

纳入标准：

1）首次发现颅脑外伤昏迷的患者;2)在颅脑损伤前视觉、注意力或语言理解方面无严重缺陷。

Inclusion criteria

1) The patient in coma after traumatic brain injury was found for the first time; 2) No serious impairment in vision, attention or language comprehension prior to traumatic brain injury.

排除标准：

1)双侧大脑半球病变;2)呼吸衰竭或心力衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Bilateral cerebral hemisphere lesions; 2) Respiratory or heart failure.
