研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨成人肥胖肺炎患者的潜在机制，为临床防治提供理论依据。通过收集肥胖肺炎的患者临床资料、中医症状体征、血液样本，探索患者免疫细胞亚群的分布，细胞因子水平和基因变化，探寻肥胖患者肺炎的潜在特征机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the underlying mechanisms of pneumonia in obese adults and provide a theoretical foundation for clinical prevention and treatment. By integrating clinical data TCM symptom patterns and blood biomarkers from obese patients with pneumonia we will systematically analyze immune cell subset profiles cytokine dynamics and gene expression changes to identify obesity-specific pathomechanisms in pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄18-60岁，性别不限；②符合西医非重症社区获得性肺炎诊断标准；③符合中医风温肺热病诊断者；④肥胖肺炎组：BMI≥28kg/m²，非肥胖肺炎组：18.5 kg/m²≤BMI≤24kg/m²；⑤自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged 18–60 years.②Confirmed non-severe CAP (meets ≥3 IDSA/ATS minor criteria).③TCM diagnosis of wind-heat lung syndrome (≥4/6 pattern indicators).④Obesity group: BMI ≥28 kg/m²; Control group: BMI 18.5–24.0 kg/m².⑤Signed informed consent obtained prior to enrollment.

排除标准：

①发病前7天有住院治疗史、机械通气史等不能排除院内感染的患者；②需要插管行机械通气治疗或需血管活性药物维持治疗的重症肺炎患者；③低体重状态（BMI＜18.5 kg/m²）或超重（24kg/m²＜BMI＜28kg/m²）；④伴有严重基础疾病的患者，包括但不限于心脏、肺、肾脏、消化、血液病、神经精神疾病、免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病、恶性肿瘤、严重营养不良等；⑤妊娠或哺乳期妇女；⑥严重传染性疾病，如开放性肺结核、艾滋病等；⑦正参加其它干预性临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Hospitalization ≥24h within 7 days pre-enrollment.②Pneumonia severity requiring ICU admission or organ support.③BMI outside protocol-defined stratification ranges.④Patients with severe underlying diseases like heart lung kidney digestive blood neurological immunological metabolic diseases malignancies or severe malnutrition.⑤Pregnancy/lactation or refusal of contraception.⑥Active CDC-reportable infections.⑦Concurrent investigational drug/device exposure.
