研究目的：

比较温中养元灸和针刺对迟发性性腺功能减退的疗效优劣

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of WYT for LOH compared to the control group and to evaluate the safety of WYT for LOH.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合增龄性睾酮低下症诊断标准； （2）符合中医证型诊断标准； （3）年龄40-70岁； （4）病程6个月至60个月； （5）人同意并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for age-related testosterone deficiency; (2) Age ≥ 40 years and≤ 70 years, male (3) The duration of the illness ranges from 6 months to 60 months; (4) Understand, consent to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并糖尿病、甲状腺功能异常等内分泌疾病者； （2）有严重视力、听力障碍、感觉性失语、精神症状等，影响功能评定的病例均不入选； （3）合并心、肝、肾等严重内科疾病，以及合并有肿瘤者； （4）合并有可能影响体内激素水平疾病者和近期使用过影响体内激素水平药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with endocrine diseases such as diabetes mellitus and thyroid dysfunction; (2) Patients with severe vision, hearing impairment, sensory aphasia, psychiatric symptoms, etc., which affect functional evaluation (3) Patients with severe internal diseases such as heart, liver and kidney, and tumors (4) Patients with conditions that may affect their hormone levels or recent use of medications that may affect hormone levels；
