研究目的：

1.在随机对照试验条件下，采用2×2析因设计，我们将研究针刺对于慢性失眠患者的临床疗效是否与失眠亚型或针刺效应相关，并以主观、客观两种指标作为评价指标。 2.研究客观睡眠时间减少型失眠患者的临床症状学表现（入睡困难、早醒、睡眠维持困难）以及心理学特征（焦虑、抑郁、敏感等），并分析针刺对这些症状的分别治疗作用。

Objectives of Study：

(1) In the randomized controlled trials with the 2×2 factorial design, we will study whether the clinical effect of acupuncture on chronic insomnia is related to insomnia phenotypes or acupuncture effect, and will evaluate both subjective and objective parameters. (2) We will explore the clinical symptomatic manifestations (difficulty in falling asleep, early awakening, difficulty in maintaining sleep, etc.) and psychological characteristics (anxiety, depression, sensitivity, etc.), and analyze the acupuncture effect for these symptoms of insomnia with short sleep duration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75周岁，性别不限； 2.符合ICSD-3中慢性失眠诊断标准； 3.进入本次研究前稳定服用镇静催眠类药物3个月以上或未服用过药物； 4.匹兹堡睡眠治疗指数(PSQI)＞5分并且失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)＞10分，贝克焦虑量表(BAI)＜45分和贝克抑郁量表(BDI)≤28分； 5.从未接受过针刺治疗； 6.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 to 65 years, male or female; (2) Compliance with the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in ICSD-3; (3) Stable administration of sedative-hypnotic drugs for more than 3 months before entering the study or not taken such drugs, and did not participate in other insomnia research; (4) PSQI> 5 points, ISI> 14 points, BAI< 45 points and BDI ≤ 28 points; (5) Never received acupuncture treatment; (6) Voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有严重心肝肾功能损伤，以及血液、呼吸系统疾病和根据《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》诊断为精神疾病患者； 2.半结构式临床访谈确定患者为其他睡眠疾病而非原发性失眠； 3.有肝病、结核、艾滋病等传染性疾病患者； 4.有严重消化系统疾病和严重营养不良者； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 5.6有严重外伤未痊愈患者或其他不适合针刺的患者，如：过敏体质、严重皮肤病患者； 5.7在最近3个月内参与过其他临床试验课题。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe hepatic and renal function damage, as well as hematologic diseases and respiratory diseases and diagnosis of the mental disorders according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) [34]; (2) Semi-structured clinical interviews determined subjects as other sleep disorders rather than primary insomnia; (3) Subjects with infectious diseases such as infectious hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS, syphilis,etc.; (4) Severe digestive system diseases and severe malnutrition; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Subjects with severe trauma and not cured or other subjects not suitable for acupuncture, such as: allergic constitution, patients with severe dermatosis; (7) Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.
