研究目的：

本研究是基于真实世界的临床观察、数据挖掘及队列研究。通过观察新安健脾通痹方（XFC、HQC、WWT）治疗前后患者的临床指标、患者感受、免疫炎症通路相关指标的变化，对指标、通路、患者感受之间的关联性进行数据挖掘分析，客观评价新安健脾通痹方（XFC、HQC、WWT）的临床疗效，更好地服务于广大患者。

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on real-world clinical observation data mining and cohort study. By observing the changes of patients' clinical indicators patients' feelings and immune inflammatory pathway related indicators before and after treatment with Xin 'an Jianpi Tongbi prescription (XFC HQC WWT) data mining analysis was conducted to analyze the correlation between indicators pathways and patients' feelings and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xin 'an Jianpi Tongbi prescription(XFC HQC WWT). To better serve the majority of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

湿热证：以下具备主症2项，或主症1项+次症2项，结合舌、脉即可诊断：主症：（1）关节肿热疼痛；（2）关节触之热感或自觉热感。次症: （1）关节局部皮色发红; （2）发热;（3）心烦; （4）口渴或渴不欲饮; （5）小便黄。舌脉: 舌质红，苔黄腻或黄厚，脉弦滑或滑数。寒湿证：主症: 以下具备主症2项，或主症1项+次症2项，结合舌、脉即可诊断：(1) 关节冷痛，触之不温，皮色不红; (2) 疼痛遇寒加重，得热痛减。次症: (1) 关节拘急，屈伸不利; (2) 肢冷，或畏寒喜暖; (3) 口淡不渴。舌脉: 舌体胖大，舌质淡，苔白或腻，脉弦或紧。

Inclusion criteria

Damp-Heat Patterns: diagnosis can be made by combining tongue and pulse readings with two of the following primary symptoms, or one of the primary symptoms plus two of the secondary symptoms. These symptoms include: primary symptoms include (1) joint swelling and heat pain; and (2) heat sensation of joint contact or self-consciousness; whereas secondary symptoms include (1) localized redness of the joints; (2) fever; (3) upset, (4) thirst or no desire to drink when thirsty; and (5) yellow urine.Tongue and pulse symptoms include: a red tongue, a thick yellowish coating on the tongue, and a smooth or slippery pulse. Cold-dampness Patterns: diagnosis can be made by combining tongue and pulse readings with two of the following primary symptoms, or one of the primary symptoms plus two of the secondary symptoms. These symptoms include: primary symptoms include：(1) cold joint pain, tepid touch, non-red skin; (2) Pain aggravates with cold and decreases with heat. Secondary symptoms: (1) joint stiffness, unfavorable flexion and extension; (2) cold limbs, or afraid of cold prefer warm; (3) not thirsty. Tongue pulse: fat tongue, tongue texture is light, white or greasy, pulse string or tight.

排除标准：

排除标准：1.年龄<18岁；2.临床资料不完整、不配合随访、失访；3.合并有心血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统严重疾病及严重关节外病变，如高热不退、肾脏淀粉样变、中枢神经系统血管炎等；4. 精神病；5.孕妇及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria included (1) age <18 years; (2) incomplete clinical data, uncooperative follow-up, and missed follow-up; (3) serious cardiovascular, liver, renal, and hematopoietic diseases, and severe extra-articular lesions, such as hyperthermia, renal amyloidosis, and central nervous system vasculitis; (4) psychiatric disease; and (5) pregnant or lactating women.
