研究目的：

提高患者从持续肠内营养转为经口进食的适应性，过渡到原有的饮食节律

Objectives of Study：

Improve the adaptability of patients from continuous enteral nutrition to oral feeding, and transition to the original dietary rhythm

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）神经外科GCS>9分,生命体征平稳的患者； （2）洼田饮水试验2级及以上的患者 （3）经鼻胃管行肠内营养的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with neurosurgery GCS>9 points and stable vital signs; (2) Patients with grade 2 and above of the Kubota drinking test (3) Patients receiving enteral nutrition via nasogastric tube

排除标准：

（1）病情危重，生命体征不平稳者； （2）既往有糖尿病，胃排空障碍的患者； （3）有鼻咽部疾病病史; （4）气管切开的患者 （5）对肠内营养液不适应者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are in critical condition and whose vital signs are unstable; (2) Patients with previous diabetes mellitus and gastric emptying disorder; (3) a history of nasopharyngeal disease; (4) Patients with tracheotomy (5) Those who are not suitable for enteral nutrition solution
