探讨儿童重症肌无力的临床特征及病情转变并长期随访。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical characteristics and changes of pediatric myasthenia gravis and follow-up for a long time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.2019年8月至2039年12月期间在广州中医药大学第一附属医院门诊就诊及住院的符合重症肌无力诊断的患儿。 2.年龄≤18岁。 3.患儿法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. From August 2019 to December 2039, children with pediatric myasthenia gravis were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 2. Aged <=18 years; 3. The legal guardian of the child signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.以其他疾病为主要就诊原因而对重症肌无力未予对应治疗，或存在严重的系统性疾病。 2.患儿及家属无法准确详细描述病情。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Myasthenia gravis is not treated for other diseases, or there are serious systemic diseases; 2. Children and their families can not accurately describe the condition in detail.
