研究目的：

观察雷火灸对全膝关节置换术患者术后疲乏的影响；客观评价雷火灸在术后疲乏中的应用效果，为临床合理使用提供科学依据

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion on postoperative fatigue in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty; and to evaluate the application effect of thunder fire moxibustion in postoperative fatigue, providing scientific basis for rational clinical use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在50-85岁之间，性别不限； （2）诊断为骨关节炎，住院择期在全麻下行单侧膝关节置换手术； （3）美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级为Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级； （4）自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range from 50 to 85 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Diagnosed as osteoarthritis, hospitalized and scheduled for unilateral knee replacement surgery under general anesthesia; (3) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Level III or IV; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重心律失常、心力衰竭、癫痫、精神疾病等； （2）神阙、关元、气海、足三里、三阴交等穴位处皮肤破损、破溃； （3）存在雷火灸应用禁忌（如发热，周围神经病变感觉异常等）； （4）腹部肿瘤等不宜在腹部施灸者； （5）糖尿病病史患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Concomitant severe arrhythmia, heart failure, epilepsy, mental illness, etc; (2) Skin damage and ulceration at acupoints such as Shenque, Guanyuan, Qihai, Zusanli, and Sanyinjiao; (3) There are contraindications for the application of lightning fire moxibustion (such as fever, peripheral neuropathy, sensory abnormalities, etc.); (4) Abdominal tumors and other unsuitable areas for moxibustion in the abdomen; (5) Patients with a history of diabetes. 笔记

由SPSS20.0软件随机生成96个随机数字，奇数代表实验组，偶数代表对照组，将96份随机数字卡片装入密封信封内，信封编号与卡片编号一致，并将信封按编号大小顺序进行排列，由专人负责，按照入院先后顺序抽取相应序号的信封进行随机分组。

由SPSS20.0软件随机生成96个随机数字，奇数代表实验组，偶数代表对照组，将96份随机数字卡片装入密封信封内，信封编号与卡片编号一致，并将信封按编号大小顺序进行排列，由专人负责，按照入院先后顺序抽取相应序号的信封进行随机分组。 96 random numbers were randomly generated using SPSS20.0 software, with odd numbers representing the experimental group and even numbers representing the control group. 96 random number cards were placed in sealed envelopes with the same envelope number as the card number, and the envelopes were arranged in order of number size. A dedicated person was responsible for randomly grouping envelopes with corresponding numbers according to the order of admission.
