研究目的：

研究使用艾灸贴进行耳穴穴位刺激是否可以改善手术患者术前睡眠质量和焦虑状态，以及探讨对患者术后恢复质量、疼痛以及住院时间的影响

Objectives of Study：

To study whether auricular stimulation with moxibustion paste can improve the sleep quality and anxiety state of patients before surgery,and to explore its effect on the quality of postoperative recovery, pain and hospitalization time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①20-60岁的女性患者；②ASA分级为I–II；③预定在全身麻醉下行甲状腺手术。④同意使用镇痛泵

Inclusion criteria

1) female patients aged 20-60 years;(2) ASA classification: I -- II;(3) scheduled surgery under general anesthesia;(4) Agree to use an analgesic pump.

排除标准：

1)患有任何慢性疾病，视力或听力障碍;（2)有心理疾病病史;（3)没有识字能力;（4)没有手机;（5)6个月内进行过全身麻醉;（6)困难气道；（7）患者依从性较低；（8）日间手术的患者。（9）患者以往发生过艾灸或艾灸贴过敏反应

Exclusion criteria：

1) suffering from any chronic disease, vision or hearing impairment; (2) a history of mental illness; (3) lack of literacy; (4) general anesthesia within 6 months; (5) difficult airway; (6) low patient compliance; (7) patients undergoing daytime surgery. (8) the patient had allergic reaction to moxibustion or moxibustion patch in the past.

选取240名拟行手术的患者，被随机分为两组。随机分配序列由SPSS软件25.0版生成。选择新患者进行手术后，使用SPSS软件随机生成1到240范围内的数字，然后将其用作患者的序列号。序号为1到120的患者被分配到干预组，而序号121到240的患者被分配到对照组
