研究目的：

比较胚胎移植过程中，胚胎处于常规操作的室温（25℃）和处于胚胎移植保温管的保温（37℃）之间临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、流产率和新生儿结局之间的差异及手术时间的差异；探究胚胎移植保温管联合针刺对RIF妊娠结局及新生儿结局的影响；探讨针刺是否是通过对血清及内膜组织中miR-27a、IGF1表达的调控从而影响子宫内膜容受性改善妊娠结局。

Objectives of Study：

The differences of clinical pregnancy rate, embryo implantation rate, abortion rate, neonatal outcome and operation time were compared between the embryo at the room temperature (25 degrees C) of routine operation and that in the insulated tube (37 degrees C) of embryo transplantation.To explore the effect of embryo transfer heat preservation tube combined with acupuncture on RIF pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome;To investigate whether acupuncture regulates the expression of Mir-27a and IGF1 in serum and endometrial tissues, thus affecting endometrial receptivity to improve pregnancy outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合反复移植失败诊断标准：年龄小于40岁，至少经3个移植周期（新鲜+冷冻），至少移植4个及以上优质胚胎而未获得临床妊娠。 （2）所有纳入对象均同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for repeated transplantation failure: under 40 years of age, at least 3 transplantation cycles (fresh + frozen), at least 4 or more high-quality embryos were transplanted without obtaining clinical pregnancy.(2) All subjects agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）染色体异常不孕者； （2）已知影响ER的疾病（子宫畸形、子宫内膜炎、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、严重宫腔粘连、输卵管积水等）； （3）自身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Infertility due to chromosomal abnormalities; (2) Diseases known to affect ER (uterine malformation, endometritis, submucosal myoma, severe intrauterine adhesions, hydrosalpinx, etc.); (3) Autoimmune diseases.
