研究目的：

本研究旨在利用前期开发的中医健康状态辨识系统和中医康复结局评价系统，依靠云存储和大数据等技术手段，加快信息化建设步伐，联合多家协作单位搭建中风病中医康复结局平台，收集中风病患者的中医状态要素、康复治疗手段、医疗支出、临床疗效等信息，统计分析处理，进行中医状态的辨识、康复结局评价与分析，从而优选出中风病不同证型的有效康复治疗手段，规范中医康复临床操作流程，促进中医康复医疗服务质量的提升，促进合理分配医疗资源，为政府对于康复医疗决策提供数据支持。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to accelerate the pace of information construction by using the pre-developed health status identification system and rehabilitation outcome evaluation system of TCM, relying on cloud storage and big data technology, and to build a TCM rehabilitation outcome platform for stroke patients with multiple collaboration units, collect the information of TCM status elements, rehabilitation treatment means, medical expenditure, clinical efficacy, etc. of stroke patients. The information are analyzed and processed by statistical analysis, and the status of TCM is identified, the rehabilitation outcome is evaluated and analyzed, so as to optimize the effective rehabilitation treatment means for different types of stroke, standardize the clinical operation process of TCM rehabilitation, improve the quality of TCM rehabilitation medical services, promote the rational allocation of medical resources, and provide data support for the government's decision-making on rehabilitation medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)符合脑卒中的诊断标准，并经CT或MRI等神经影像学检查证实； 2)住院患者；18岁≤年龄≤80岁；首次脑卒中；1≤病程≤6个月； 3)中学及以上者MMSE＞24，小学者MMSE＞20，文盲者MMSE＞17； 4)伴随脑卒中所致不同程度的肢体运动功能障碍； 5)病情稳定，意识清醒； 6)沟通无明显障碍； 7)自愿签署知情同意书，若受试者没有能力签署，则由其直系亲属或监护人代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke and are confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Inpatients; 18 years old <= age <= 80 years old; first stroke; 1 <= course of disease <= 6 months; 2; 3. MMSE > 24 in middle school and above, MMSE > 20 in primary school, MMSE > 17 in illiterate; 4. Patients with different degrees of limb motor dysfunction caused by stroke; 5. Patients with stable condition and conscious consciousness; 6. Patients without obvious communication barriers; 7. For patients who voluntarily sign the informed consent form, if the subjects are unable to sign, their immediate relatives or guardians will sign the informed consent on behalf of them.

排除标准：

1)由其他脑部疾病，如炎症、感染、肿瘤等导致的脑神经功能缺损后遗症； 2)未引起神经功能缺损后遗症的中风患者，如短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)、腔隙性脑梗塞等； 3)存在严重视力或听力障碍、精神障碍等影响正常作答的患者； 4)发病前有明显智力减退、痴呆病史； 5)合并有严重的心、肝、肾、内分泌系统和造血系统等疾病者； 6)妊娠及哺乳期女性； 7)不愿意配合或无法耐受测试的患者； 8)正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other brain diseases, such as inflammation, infection, tumor and other brain damage sequelae; 2. Stroke patients without neurological deficit sequelae, such as transient ischemic attack (TIA), lacunar infarction, etc; 3. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment, mental disorder and other factors that affect normal answering; 4. Patients with obvious mental retardation and dementia before onset; 5. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic diseases; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients who are unwilling to cooperate or cannot tolerate the test; 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials affecting the evaluation of the results of this study.
