研究目的：

本课题旨在利用现代医学实验室指标血清5-HT、MT含量检测中医不寐五神分型脾不藏意型与肝不藏魂型之间的差异性，获得更多客观指征，进一步丰富“中医不寐五神分型法”的相关量化指标，为中医不寐五神分型法在临床诊疗中的推广及应用提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to use the modern medical laboratory indicators of serum 5-HT, MT content to detect the difference between TCM insomnia five spirit type, spleen does not hide the meaning type and liver does not hide the soul type, to obtain more objective indications, to further enrich the relevant quantitative indicators of TCM insomnia five spirit classification method, and to provide the basis for the promotion and application of TCM insomnia five spirit classification method in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

病例须同时满足以下条件：①符合以上中医不寐、西医失眠症诊断标准及中医不寐五神分型标准者；②依据本课题年龄20~80岁；③阿森斯失眠量表（Athens Insomnia Scale，AIS）评分超过6分；④匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh SleepQuality Index，PSQI)评分超过8分者；⑤未服用催眠类药物或者停药1月以上的患者；⑥经患者知情同意本课题试验内容并签署《知情同意书》者；⑦有完整的住院病历资料。

Inclusion criteria

The patients must meet the following conditions at the same time: 1. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and the five spirit classification criteria of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine; 2. According to the age of 20-80 years old; 3. The score of Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) is more than 6; 4. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQ) Index, PSQI) score more than 8 points; 5. Patients who did not take hypnotic drugs or stopped taking drugs for more than 1 month; 6. Patients who had informed consent to the content of the study and signed the "informed consent"; 7. Patients with complete medical records.

排除标准：

病例出现以下任意一项者均予以排除：①有躯体、器质性疾病、精神障碍或精神遗传障碍导致的失眠；②饮酒、服用中枢兴奋药物导致的失眠；③心、脑、肾、肝等严重疾病患者；④使用精神药物或未停用两周以上；⑤怀孕和哺乳期的妇女；⑥长期睡眠昼夜不规律和夜班工作者；⑦科研依从性差，资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following cases were excluded: 1. Insomnia caused by physical, organic diseases, mental disorders or mental genetic disorders; 2. Insomnia caused by drinking and taking central stimulant drugs; 3. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, kidney and liver; 4. Patients who used psychotropic drugs or did not stop using them for more than two weeks; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Long-term irregular sleep day and night 7. Poor compliance of scientific research and incomplete data.
