观察低强度经皮耳穴“心”电刺激治疗对持续性房颤射频消融术后的有效性和安全性评价,并探讨其可能机制为通过低强度刺激迷走神经耳分支,抑制 NLRP3 炎症小体,降低 TNF-α 、IL-1β 和 IL-18炎症指标表达水平。

Objectives of Study:

The efficacy and safety of low-intensity percutaneous auricular heart electrical stimulation therapy for persistent atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation were evaluated and the possible mechanism was investigated as the inhibition of NLRP3 inflammatory vesicles and the reduction of the expression levels of inflammatory markers such as TNF-alpha IL-1beta and IL-18 through the stimulation of the auricular branch of the vagus nerve at low intensities. 纳入标准:

行射频消融术的房颤患者,年龄小于80岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation less than 80 years of age

排除标准:

左心室射血分数<40%、严重的瓣膜疾病、近期(<6 个月)中风或心肌梗塞、严重心力衰竭(纽约心脏协会III或IV级)、复发性血管-迷走神经晕厥发作、单侧或双侧迷走神经切断术和妊娠或哺乳、病态窦房结综合征、无永久起搏器植入的2度、3度度房室 (AV) 传导阻滞、双分支传导阻滞和延长的I度AV传导阻滞 (PR>300ms)。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation who are <80 years of age with left ventricular ejection fraction <40% severe valvular disease recent (<6 months) stroke or myocardial infarction severe heart failure (New York Heart Association class III or IV) recurrent vasovagal syncopal episodes unilateral or bilateral vagotomies and pregnancy or breastfeeding sick sinus node syndrome 2nd and 3rd degree atrioventricular (AV) block two-branch block and prolonged 1st degree AV block (PR >300ms) without permanent pacemaker implantation. Degree 2 and 3 atrioventricular (AV) block two-branch block and prolonged Degree I AV block (PR > 300ms)
