研究目的：

我国2型糖尿病患者数量众多，治疗不当可引发心、脑、肾等多部位并发症，严重影响患者生活质量。玉米须是我国传统的药食两用资源，在民间作为治疗糖尿病（消渴症）的偏方历史悠久，其中含有多糖、皂苷、黄酮、生物碱、甾醇、挥发油等多种植物化学物。具有降糖、降脂、利尿、抗疲劳、抗炎、抗氧化等生物学作用。本研究拟通过随机交叉对照试验的研究方法，对比分析常规糖尿病治疗方案与玉米须联合治疗方案对糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及肠道菌群的影响，为完善糖尿患者的治疗措施提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

There are a large number of type 2 diabetes patients in China and improper treatment can lead to multiple heart brain kidney and other complications which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Corn is a traditional medicine and food resource in China. It has a long history as a folk remedy for diabetes. It contains many phytochemicals such as polysaccharides saponins flavonoids alkaloids sterols and volatile oils. It has the biological effects of hypoglycemic lipid-lowering diuretic anti-fatigue anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation. This study intends to conduct a randomized cross-controlled trial to compare and analyze the effects of conventional diabetes treatment regimen and corn stalk combined treatment regimen on glucose and lipid metabolism and intestinal flora of diabetic patients so as to provide scientific basis for improving treatment measures for diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄 35-65岁；病程≥1年；6.5% < HbAlc< 12.0%；FPG≥7.0mmol/L；2h-PBG≥11.1mmol/L。

Inclusion criteria

Age 35-65 years old; Duration ≥1 year; 6.5% < HbAlc< 12.0%; FPG≥7.0mmol/L; 2h-PBG≥11.1mmol/L.

排除标准：

1型糖尿病；妊娠；严重的糖尿病并发症；严重肝肾疾病；传染病；癌症；心梗；脑卒中；精神疾病；入组前1个月服用可能影响肠道菌群的药物（抗生素、治疗消化道疾病的药物等）；酗酒。

Exclusion criteria：

Type 1 diabetes mellitus; Pregnancy; Severe diabetic complications; Severe liver and kidney disease; Infectious diseases; Cancer; Myocardial infarction; Stroke; Mental illness; Take drugs that may affect intestinal flora (antibiotics drugs for digestive tract diseases etc.) 1 month before enrollment; Drinking too much.
