旨在探讨急性脑梗死患者中医证候要素与症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

It aims to explore the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements of patients with acute cerebral infarction and symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）根据病史及CT/MRI 等检查，符合急性脑梗死（《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》）诊断，同时检查头MRA评估血管情况； （2）符合 TOAST 分型属大动脉粥样硬化性及小动脉闭塞性脑梗死； （3）年龄≥40 岁且≤85 岁； （4）能配合进行中医证候要素数据采集； （5）长春中医药大学附属医院2023年6月-2025年6月的住院患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) According to the medical history and examinations such as CT/MRI it conforms to the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction (the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018") and at the same time head MRA is examined to evaluate the vascular condition; (2) It conforms to the TOAST classification belonging to large artery atherosclerotic and small artery occlusive cerebral infarction; (3) The age is ≥ 40 years old and ≤ 85 years old; (4) The patient can cooperate with the collection of data on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements; (5) Inpatients of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2025.

排除标准：

（1）TIA、出血性脑卒中及混合型脑卒中； （2）TOAST 分型为心源性栓塞性、其他明确病因性、原因不明性缺血性中风； （3）年龄<40 岁或>85 岁； （4）不能配合进行数据采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) hemorrhagic stroke and mixed stroke; (2) According to the TOAST classification it is cardiogenic embolism ischemic stroke with other definite etiologies and ischemic stroke of unknown etiology; (3) The age is less than 40 years old or greater than 85 years old; (4) Those who cannot cooperate with the data collection.
