研究目的：

通过建立肿瘤术后以健脾为主要功效的中药、营养、心理干预一体化康养方案,提高肿瘤术后患者的生存质量，降低肿瘤的复发率和转移率。本部分为中药肿瘤术后患者中医体质和营养状况分析，为多中心、随机、对照研究。纳入肿瘤术后患者，分为中药治疗组，中药+营养治疗组，中药+营养+心理治疗组，分别给予薯蓣丸、营养制剂、心理干预等治疗。

Objectives of Study：

By establishing an integrated health care program of traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition and psychological intervention with the main effect of invigorating the spleen after tumor surgery, the quality of life of patients after tumor surgery can be improved, and the recurrence rate and metastasis rate of tumor can be reduced. This part is a multi-center, randomized and controlled study, which includes analysis of TCM constitution and nutritional status of patients after TCM tumor surgery. Tumor patients were included and divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine + nutrition treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine + nutrition + psychological treatment group. Dioscorea pills, nutritional preparations, psychological intervention and other treatments were given respectively.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）有明确病理、细胞学诊断的肿瘤患者。 （2）中医证型诊断为脾虚证。 （3）年龄在18～80岁的患者，性别不限。 （4）卡氏评分（Karnofsky）≥70分者。 （5）无严重心、肝、肾、造血系统疾患及其它影响药物评价因素者。 （6）能理解本试验的情况并已签署知情同意书者。 （7）营养状况评估为存在营养风险患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Tumor patients with definite pathological and cytological diagnosis. (2) The syndrome type of TCM was diagnosed as spleen deficiency syndrome. (3) Patients aged from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender. (4) Karnofsky scores ≥70. (5) no serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system or other factors affecting drug evaluation. (6) Those who can understand the situation of this experiment and have signed the informed consent. (7) Patients with nutritional risk were assessed as having nutritional status.

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者。 （2）有明显心、肝、肾或造血功能损害者，或精神病患者、孕妇或哺乳期妇女。 （3）正在参加其他药物试验者。 （4）已知本药过敏或未按规定用药或资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria. (2) Patients with obvious damage of heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic function, or mental patients, pregnant or lactating women. (3) Participants in other drug trials. (4) Those who are known to be allergic to this drug or do not take the drug as prescribed or have incomplete information.

基线治疗（（1）营养补充剂：山药、百合、莲子、薏苡仁磨成粉，与蛋白粉混合，制成营养补充粉。一个月为一个疗程，共三个疗程。 （2）心理干预：科普讲座。心理医生深入浅出的介绍该疾病相关医学知识，结合患者病x情积极开展心理干预，引导患者正确认识疾病，缓解患者不良情绪，增强患者对康复的信心，提高依从性。以线上方式为主，每季度开展一次。）

本研究采用简单随机法，信封发放随机号。具体操作：项目启动时，文件袋中有284个密封的小信封，包含治疗组（基线治疗+薯蓣丸加减）和对照组（基线治疗）各142例。患者招募后，经知情同意告知可能被分入治疗组或对照组。然后编号，然后到信封发放员处，随机领取小信封，决定患者入组。

In this study, a simple random method was adopted, and envelopes were issued with random numbers. Operation: At the start of the project, there were 284 sealed envelopes in the file containing 142 patients in the treatment group (baseline treatment + Dioscorea pill plus minus) and the control group (baseline treatment). Patients were recruited and informed by informed consent that they could be assigned to the treatment group or the control group. And then they numbered them, and then they went to the letter clerk, and they picked up a small envelope at random, and they decided on the patients.
