研究目的：

探讨引起腰椎内固定术后螺钉松动的独立危险因素，为制定降低螺钉松动发生率的措施提供相应的指导。

Objectives of Study：

To determine risk factors that may affect the rate of pedicle screws loosening in patients with degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁； （2）患有腰椎退行性疾病伴有腰椎节段性的不稳（节段性不稳通过过屈过伸位的X线检查确定或者是在腰椎正侧位X线检查中表现为1-2度滑脱）； （3）腰椎融合内固定的指征：神经功能损害；间歇性跛行；脊柱轴性疼痛及下肢放射痛≥4分，Oswestry Disability Index (ODI)评分≥40%；反复的保守治疗效果不佳（≥3个月）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged ≥18 years; (2) presence of a degenerative disease of the lumbar spine with unstable spinal segments, which was confirmed by functional radiograms or having low-grade symptomatic spondylolisthesis; (3) indications for spinal instrumentations were: neurological deficit; claudication; axial and radicular pain syndromes with visual analog scale (VAS) over 4 and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) over 40% resistant to repeated conservative treatment.

排除标准：

（1) 患者合并有重度的腰椎滑脱（3-4度滑脱）； （2）临床资料显示在腰椎处有肿瘤相关病变的证据； （3）患者应用了除TLIF/PLIF以外的融合方式、或棘突间稳定装置；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with high-grade spondylolisthesis (grades 3 and 4); (2) Evidence of tumor-related lesions of the lumbar spine; (3) Patients with different types of fusion applied on different levels.
