研究目的：

评价“衷中参西”健康教育模式对围绝经期/绝经后早期绝经综合征患者有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of the integrative Chinese and western medicine health education model for patients with perimenopausal/postmenopausal early menopausal syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合绝经综合征中医/西医诊断标准； 2.年龄40-60周岁； 3.处于月经紊乱至绝经后5年以内的围绝经期/绝经后早期受试者； 4.MENQOL绝经期生存质量量表评分≥45分； 5.自愿纳入观察并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subjects meet diagnostic criteria of menopausal symptoms base on TCM/WM; 2. Female aged 40 to 60 years old; 3. Peri-menopausal/postmenopausal early subjects within menstrual disorders up to 5 years after menopause; 4. MENQOL Scale score >=45 points; 5. Voluntary inclusion in observation and signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

1.外科手术绝经者； 2.合并肝、肾、心血管及血液等系统的慢性疾病者； 3.意识障碍或患有精神疾病者； 4.3个月内使用过中药或其他激素类治疗的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgical menopause; 2. Combined of chronic diseases of the liver, kidney, cardiovascular and blood systems; 3. Disturbance of consciousness or a mental illness; 4. Subjects who have been treated with Chinese medicine or other hormones within 3 months.
