研究目的：

探讨芙蓉膏外敷治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of Furong ointment in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合以上的诊断标准的哺乳期乳腺炎患者。 （2）经超声检查乳腺未成脓。 （3）本次发病后未经过其他方法治疗。 （4）自愿参加并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Breast feeding mastitis patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria. (2) The mammary gland did not become pus after ultrasonic examination. (3) There was no other treatment after this attack. (4) Those who voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）哺乳期急性乳腺炎体温＞37.5℃； （2）并发乳腺恶性肿瘤及其他内分泌疾病者； （3）合并有心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重原发性疾病，或精神病患者； （4）过敏性体质或已知对该类药物或组成成份过敏者； （5）已接受其他治疗者，可能影响本研究的疗效观察指标。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute mastitis during lactation: body temperature > 37.5 ℃; (2) Complicated with breast cancer and other endocrine diseases; (3) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or psychotic patients; (4) Allergic constitution or known allergy to such drugs or components; (5) Those who have received other treatments may affect the efficacy observation indicators of this study.

本研究采取随机分组方法，将98位患者编号为1~98，然后通过Excel生成随机数据，分成相同人数的两组，将每个编号对应的治疗方法放入不透光的序列编码的密封的信封，按患者进入研究的先后顺序随机化分组，再进行相应治疗。

This study adopts the method of random grouping, numbering 98 patients as 1~98, and then generating random data through Excel and dividing them into two groups with the same number.
