研究目的：

通过直刺、平刺三阴交穴，观察不同刺法对寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者三阴交穴即刻镇痛效应的影响，拟揭示刺法效应特异性，丰富刺法理论，为临床制定寒湿凝滞型痛经的最佳治疗方案提供一定的临床证据。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the immediate analgesic effect of perpendicular needling and transverse needling at SP6 in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold and dampness stagnation syndrome, to explore the effect of needling technique on therapeutic result, to provide clinical evidence for making acupuncture treatment program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合原发性痛经及寒湿凝滞证的诊断标准。 （2）年龄18－30岁未育妇女。 （3）病程6个月-15年。 （4）连续3个月经周期的平均疼痛程度（VAS评分）≥40mm。

Inclusion criteria

Participants will be eligible if they are aged between 18 to 30 years old, have diagnosed as primary dysmenorrhea and have also diagnosed as cold-dampness stagnation pattern according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the course of disease is 6 months to 15 years, have scores >= 40 mm on 100 on the VAS and no oral administration of any analgesic 24 hours before trial.

排除标准：

（2）月经周期不规律者。 （3）准备妊娠或哺现期妇女。 （4）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病及精神病患者、胃溃疡活动期及哮喘。 （5）结合病史及其它检查，诊断为其它疑似疾病。 （6）具备针灸学背景知识。 （7）曾接受过针灸治疗者。 （8）针刺干预前24h内服用任何止痛药。 （9）阿司匹林过敏者。 （10）据研究者判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况，如工作环境经常变动、生活环境不稳定等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with irregular menstruation, asthma, psychological diseases or life-threatening conditions (eg, disorders of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system) were excluded from this study. Patients with prior knowledge of acupuncture, those who had taken analgesic medication in the 24-hour period before the acupuncture intervention, and those who had potential problems with treatment compliance were also excluded.
