研究目的：

通过对受试者施灸前后改良长蛇灸灸感量表及热断层成像的测量，评估受试者生理状态及病理状态下灸感的差异及不同施灸时长引起的灸感差异。

Objectives of Study：

To study the difference of moxibustion sensation between disease state and health state and the difference of moxibustion sensation caused by the treatment duration of moxibustion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

严格按照诊断标准和纳入标准、排除标准筛选病例，确定入组后，将慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分成试验组与对照组，另设一组健康人组，分别接受1次不同施灸时长的改良长蛇灸治疗，在改良长蛇灸前后分别进行一次TTM扫描并填写灸感量表，同步地进行研究和观察。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The cases were screened in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,there were another group include health. They were treated with modified long-snake moxibustion with different moxibustion duration. TTM scanning was performed in all subjects before and after modified long snake moxibustion, and everyone should fill in the scale of modified long-snake moxibustion sensation. The experiment will be studied and observed simultaneously.

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性疲劳综合征西医诊断标准； 2.符合中医脾肾阳虚型辨证诊断标准； 3.年龄在18-60岁，女性； 4.近一月来未参与其他可能影响结果的科研项目； 5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the chronic fatigue syndrome diagnostic criteria; 2.Meet the diagnostic standard of syndrome differentiation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type; 3.The age range is 18-60 years old, female; 4.Subjects did not receive any treatment which may influence the consequent within 1 month; 5.Sign informed consent voluntarily;

排除标准：

1.孕妇及哺乳期妇女； 2.对TTM结果有明确影响的疾病，如脊柱侧弯、肢体残缺等； 3.不能表达主观不适症状或无法正常理解、沟通； 4.皮肤有明显破损、瘢痕； 5.对姜片外用过敏； 6.同时进行其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Druing pregnant and lactating period; 2. Having Diseases that have definite influence on TTM results, such as scoliosis, limb deformity, etc; 3. Can't express subjective discomfort symptoms or can't understand and communicate normally; 4. Having obviously damaged and scarred skin; 5. Being allergic to ginger; 6. Being receiving other clinical trials at the same time.

采用Excel随机数字表法生成60个随机数字，平均分成2组，并确定每个序列号的分组，根据入组的先后顺序，每位研究对象得到一个随机数字，根据随机数字对应的组别，被随机分配到试验组或对照组。

60 numbers were divided into 2 groups generated by Excel random number table, and the grouping of each serial number was determined. According to the order of entering the group, each research object got a random number, and will be randomly assigned to the treatment or control group.
