研究目的：

本研究旨在观察丁氏推拿之推髌法对髌股关节骨关节炎 （patellofemoral osteoarthritis，PFOA）患者的屈伸功能影响，结合股 四头肌肌紧张度等相关指标，探讨其是否通过松解局部肌肉从而改善 髌股关节骨关节炎临床症状。同时测试治疗前后足底压力及相关步态 参数，验证其与 PFOA 患者屈伸功能相关性，从下肢生物力学角度出 发为丁氏推拿治疗髌股关节骨关节炎提供更有针对性的治疗方案及 循证证据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe the effect of the Push Patella manipulation of Ding's Tuina on the flexion-extension function in patients with patellofemoral osteoarthritis (PFOA). By incorporating related indicators such as quadriceps muscle tension the study explores whether the technique improves clinical symptoms of patellofemoral osteoarthritis by loosening local muscles. At the same time plantar pressure and related gait parameters before and after treatment will be tested to verify their correlation with the flexion-extension function in PFOA patients. From the perspective of lower limb biomechanics this study seeks to provide more targeted treatment strategies and evidence-based support for the application of Ding's Tuina in the treatment of patellofemoral osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 符合髌股关节骨关节炎诊断标准 (2) 年龄≥38 岁且≤80 岁，性别不限 (3) 单侧患病（ Kellgren/Lawrence 1 级至 3 级，左右不限） (4) 自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for patellofemoral osteoarthritis (2) Age ≥38 years and ≤80 years no gender restriction (3) Unilateral condition (Kellgren/Lawrence grade 1 to 3 either side) (4) Voluntarily participating in this trial and signing the informed consent form

排除标准：

(1) 膝部有外伤和手术史者 (2) 伴有前后交叉韧带、副韧带、半月板撕裂及断裂患者 (3) 膝部有肿瘤、结核、骨髓炎等疾患者 (4) 严重肝肾功能不全、严重心血管疾病、糖尿病及精神疾病 者 (5) 足部骨性畸形或有其他足部疾病者，如足神经瘤、扁平足、 高弓足等患者 (6) 其他疾病导致的不适合推拿及行走功能障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with a history of knee trauma or surgery (2) Patients with anterior or posterior cruciate ligament collateral ligament or meniscus tears or ruptures (3) Individuals with knee tumors tuberculosis osteomyelitis or other related conditions (4) Individuals with severe liver or kidney insufficiency serious cardiovascular disease diabetes or mental disorders (5) Individuals with foot deformities or other foot conditions such as neuroma flat feet or high arches (6) Individuals with walking disabilities or other conditions unsuitable for Tuina therapy due to other diseases
