研究目的：

（1）采用随机对照方法研究五刃刀划痕术治疗中重度鼻赘期酒渣鼻的临床疗效，客观评价该法的高效性和安全性。 （2）规范合理应用五刃刀划痕术治疗中重度鼻赘期酒渣鼻。

Objectives of Study：

(1) A randomized controlled study was conducted to study the clinical efficacy of five-blade knife scratch in the treatment of moderate to severe rosacea, and to objectively evaluate the efficiency and safety of this method. (2) Standard and reasonable application of five-blade knife scratch in the treatment of moderate to severe rhinoplasty stage rosacea.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

符合《中国玫瑰痤疮诊疗专家共识（2016）》中酒渣鼻临床表现及分期为鼻赘期。病程长久者，鼻部结缔组织增生，皮脂腺异常增大，使鼻尖部肥大，形成大小不等的结节状隆起，称为鼻赘，表面不平，皮脂腺口明显增大，压挤有白色皮脂溢出，毛细血管明显扩张。同时满足按照E1-Azhary分类标准诊断为中度（上皮增生形成较小的结节）和重度（巨大的结节）的酒渣鼻患者。 纳入标准 ① 符合上述诊断标准； ② 年龄18～75岁，性别不限； ③ 签署知情同意书并参与试验及随访。

Inclusion criteria

It conforms to the consensus of Experts on The Diagnosis and Treatment of Rosacea in China (2016), and the clinical manifestations and stages of rosacea are rhinophytosis. Long course of disease, the nose connective tissue hyperplasia, abnormal increase of sebaceous glands, so that the tip of the nose hypertrophy, the formation of different size nodular eminence, known as nasal excrescents, uneven surface, sebaceous gland mouth significantly increased, there is white sebaceous overflow, capillary obvious expansion. At the same time, patients with rosacea who met the e1-Azhary classification criteria were diagnosed as moderate (epithelial hyperplasia with small nodules) and severe (giant nodules). Inclusion criteria 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18-75 years, regardless of gender; 3. Sign informed consent and participate in the trial and follow-up.

排除标准：

① 妊娠、准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女； ② 合并有其他可能引起面部红外、丘疹脓疱的疾病，如脂溢性皮炎、寻常痤疮、激素依赖性皮炎等； ③ 合并有严重心、肝、肺、肾等内科疾病的患者； ④ 瘢痕体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy and breast-feeding; 2. With other diseases that may cause facial infrared, papular pustules, such as seborrheic dermatitis, acne vulgaris, hormone-dependent dermatitis, etc.; 3. Patients with serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other internal diseases; 4. Scar constitution.
