研究目的：

本研究验证面瘫急性期电针疏密波干预后患者可缩短疗程提高治愈率, 对面神经炎转归和预后良好，则可为临床实际操作提供科学依据，为患者减少疾病痛苦及经济负担，为教科书明确急性期是否电针治疗提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of electroacupuncture dilatational wave treatment for patients with acute phase of facial paralysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验组：将观察组的30例患者在对照组治疗的基础上，于急性期加用电针，针刺得气后，每2个穴位相连接电针仪，波形选用疏密波，强度以病人耐受为度，频率20-30次/分,使患者面部肌肉出现节律性的收缩运动，余同对照组。通过临床观察比较2组疗效，3次肌电图差异，及后遗症患者数量，判定两组治疗优劣。 对照组：将对照组的30入院时行第1例患者在次肌电图检查，入院后采用抗病毒、营养神经、改善循环、抗炎、患侧面部红外线照射、静止期电针治复期疗及中药汤剂治疗（主要以牵正散及补阳还五汤随证加减）。针灸取穴：攒竹、地仓、阳白、颊车、颧髎、太阳、水沟、合谷等。根据患者症状不同予以加减穴位，如鼻唇沟歪斜加迎香；耳后疼痛加翳风；气虚者加足三里等。针灸操作按照《针灸学》操作规范，嘱患者坐位或平卧位，皮肤常规消毒，选用直径0.35mm毫针统一针刺方向及深度，避开神经及大血管，予以红外线照射，留针30min，每日1次，每周治疗6天，间歇1天，针灸6天算为1个疗程，共观察4个疗程。进入恢第一天行第2次肌电图；进入后遗症期进行第3次肌电图。6个疗程后，后遗症期行电话随访了解患者是否遗留有面肌痉挛、鳄鱼泪等后症状。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Experimental group: Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group at the acute stage. After getting the Qi of acupuncture needling response, every two points were connected to the acupuncture instrument. The dilatational wave was then selected as the waveform. Control group: In the present study, 30 patients in the control group received the first EMG examination on admission. After admission to hospital, the patients were given antivirals, tropic nerve, circulation improvers, anti-inflammatories, infrared radiation on the affected side, acupuncture therapy in the resting stage, and traditional chinese medicine decoction treatment.

纳入标准：

1.符合中医及西医诊断标准. 2.单侧患病. 3.病程≤7天. 4.年龄≥18岁. 5.签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项课题研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnostic standards of TCM and western medicine were utilized; 2.Unilateral disease development; 3.Course of disease <= 7 days; 4.Aged >=18 year; 5.Patients signed the informed consent form and participated in the research voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.曾行颅脑或面神经损伤手术; 2.继发于感染性神经根炎、腮腺肿瘤、脑外伤及脑血管意外等; 3.同时参加其他课题治疗者; 4.合并有严重心脑血管、肝肾、肿瘤、内分泌、血液等系统疾病者; 5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who had undergone surgery for cerebration or facial nerve injury; 2.Patients who suffered from secondary diseases due to infectious radicalism, carotid gland tumors, brain trauma, or vascular accident; 3.Patients who had participated in other treatment programs; 4.Patients who suffered from the complications of serious cardiovascular or vascular, liver or kidney, tumor, endocrine, blood, and other system diseases; 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
