研究目的：

本研究采用可以追踪脑白质纤维束的非侵入性神经影像检查方法DTI，针对中风病吞咽功能障碍的病因病机，结合现代康复理论，观察了黄帝内针结合康复训练治疗卒中后吞咽困难的临床疗效，旨在为临床工作者提供更有效的治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

This study used DTI, a non-invasive neuroimaging method that can track the white matter fiber tract, to observe the clinical effect of Huangdi internal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, aiming at the etiology and pathogenesis of dysphagia after stroke, combined with modern rehabilitation theory, so as to provide clinical workers with more effective treatment programs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）住院期间进行CT或MRI 扫描以确诊脑卒中；（2）首次发生的单侧脑卒中，病程在 2 周至 6 个月内；（3）年龄在40-75岁之间；（4）存在不同程度的吞咽障碍，洼田饮水试验＞II级；（5）生命体征平稳，听理解无明显异常，能配合检查及康复训练；（6）患者及家属知情并自愿参与，签属知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Confirmed stroke by CT or MRI scan during hospitalization; (2) first onset of unilateral stroke within 2 weeks to 6 months; (3) aged 40-75 years old; (4) There were different degrees of dysphagia, with Kubota water swallowing test > grade II; (5) Stable vital signs, no obvious abnormality in listening and comprehension, able to cooperate with examination and rehabilitation training; (6) Patients and their family members were informed and voluntarily participated in the study, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）非脑血管意外所致的吞咽障碍，如运动神经元病、头颈肿瘤术后、肌肉疾病等；（2）重要脏器功能衰竭，或病情危重需要抢救；合并未处置的恶性肿瘤或呼吸系统、心血管系统、肝、肾、造血系统等重大原发疾病；（3）脑卒中次数＞2 次；（4）有传染性疾病、严重的精神心理疾病；（5）其他不能配合完成试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) dysphagia not caused by cerebrovascular accident, such as motor neuron disease, head and neck tumor surgery, muscle disease, etc.; (2) failure of important organs or critical condition requiring rescue; Combined with untreated malignant tumors or major primary diseases of the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc. (3) the number of strokes > 2; (4) patients with infectious diseases or severe mental disorders; (5) Other situations that cannot cooperate to complete the test.
