药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.2020年6月-2023年8月，广东省中医院健康调养门诊患者。 2.符合多汗症诊断成人患者： ①多汗症：无明显诱因的多汗症状持续至少6个月，以及以下特征中的至少两种: (1)双侧对称的；(2)干扰正常活动；(3)每周至少发生一次； (4)家族史；(5)睡眠时不发作。 ②焦虑：（1）符合焦虑障碍的诊断标准；（2）以原发性焦虑症状为主并符合下面两点要求：a经常对某一固定内容或无确定的事物持续一段时间产生恐惧或担忧；b患者焦虑状态发作时伴有运动型不安和自主神经功能紊乱；（3）患者自觉难以承受又反复陷入自我感觉痛苦的状态；（4）符合上述标准至少已6个月；（5）排除因使用成瘾药物、或者戒断某些药物所导致的焦虑；排除其他精神疾患所继发的焦虑状态；排除因脑中风、心脑血管疾患等躯体疾病引发的焦虑。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients from the Health Preservation Outpatient Clinic at the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to August 2023. 2. Adult patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for hyperhidrosis: Hyperhidrosis: Excessive sweating without any obvious trigger persisting for at least 6 months Additionally at least two of the following characteristics are met: (1) Bilateral and symmetrical sweating; (2) Interferes with normal daily activities; (3) Occurs at least once per week; (4) Family history of hyperhidrosis; (5) Does not occur during sleep. Anxiety: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for an anxiety disorder; (2) Primarily presents with primary anxiety symptoms and fulfills both of the following conditions: a) Persistent fear or worry over a fixed issue or unspecified matter for a certain period; b) During anxiety episodes there is psychomotor agitation and autonomic dysfunction; (3) The patient subjectively feels unable to endure these symptoms and repeatedly experiences distress; (4) The above criteria have been met for at least 6 months; (5) Excludes anxiety caused by substance abuse or withdrawal from certain drugs; excludes secondary anxiety arising from other mental disorders; excludes anxiety due to stroke cardiovascular diseases or other physical illnesses.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用R软件（4.3.1）版本统计软件包进行数据的统计分析处理，其中包括：Lasso回归模型、logistics回归模型、Nomogram图（列线图）、ROC曲线的绘制等显著性水平为α=0.05（当P>0.05时，为无统计学意义；当P<0.05时，为有统计学意义），符合正态分布的计量资料以“均数±标准差”描述，不符合正态分布的计量资料采用中位数（四分位数间距）[M(Q1,Q3)]表示，采用Mann-Whitney U检验。计数资料以n(%)形式表示，组间比较采用独立样本t检验或X2检验。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were statistically analyzed using R software (version 4.3.1) and its relevant packages including Lasso regression modeling logistic regression modeling nomogram construction and ROC curve plotting. The significance level was set at α = 0.05 (P > 0.05 indicated no statistical significance; P < 0.05 indicated statistical significance). For measurement data that followed a normal distribution the results were expressed as the mean ± standard deviation. For non-normally distributed data results were expressed as the median [interquartile range M(Q1 Q3)] and the Mann-Whitney U test was used. Categorical data were expressed as n(%) and comparisons between groups were made using an independent-samples t-test or a chi-square (χ²) test.
