研究目的：

观察筋针联合经颅磁治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

objective To observe the clinical effect of tendon acupuncture combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

以下所列项目均符合者方可纳入。 1）符合中西医诊断标准； 2）本人或法定监护人同意并己签署知情同意书； 3）主诉有偏瘫侧肩痛且 VAS≥4 分者； 4）患者年龄 30-70 岁，病程 15 天—6 个月，意识清楚、生命体 征平稳可配合检查及治疗者；

Inclusion criteria

Only those listed below can be included. 1) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2) The person or legal guardian agrees and has signed the informed consent form; 3) Patients complaining of hemiplegic shoulder pain with VAS ≥4 points; 4) Patients aged 30-70 years old with a course of 15 days to 6 months clear consciousness stable vital signs and can cooperate with examination and treatment;

排除标准：

凡符合以下任何一项者均应排除。 1）不符合以上纳入标准； 2）肩关节固定挛缩及之前已受伤或手术者、丘脑性病变导致的 肩痛；3）合并有严重的心、肝、肾、内分泌系统和造血系统疾病； 4）有认知障碍、精神疾病等无法配合及严重心肝肾疾病及癫痫、 房颤病史者； 5）凝血功能异常及皮肤感染者； 6）正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它试验； 7）不配合、自行退出及发生不良事件不能继续治疗者。 8）无法耐受或接受针灸及手法操作者（包括孕妇）；

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following shall be excluded. 1) does not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2) Shoulder pain caused by shoulder fixation contracture and previous injuries or surgeries thalamic lesions; 3) Combined with serious heart liver kidney endocrine system and hematopoietic system diseases; 4) Those who are unable to cooperate with cognitive impairment mental illness etc. and have a history of severe heart liver and kidney diseases epilepsy and atrial fibrillation; 5) Patients with abnormal coagulation function and skin infection; 6) is participating in other trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study; 7) Those who do not cooperate withdraw on their own and cannot continue treatment due to adverse events. 8) Those who are unable to tolerate or accept acupuncture and manual manipulation (including pregnant women);
