研究目的：

分析维持性血液透析患者透析后疲劳的特点，比较中医穴位按摩法、西医高通量透析法两种针对性护理方法在改善维持性血液透析患者透析后疲劳中的干预效果，为中西医不同护理方法改善透析后疲劳的效果提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the characteristics of post-dialysis fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients, compare the effect of two kinds of targeted nursing methods in traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage method and western medicine high-flux dialysis method on improving post-dialysis fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to treat different nursing of Chinese and Western medicine. The method provides a theoretical basis for improving the effect of fatigue after dialysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄18～65周岁，维持性血液透析大于3个月；规律透析，每周至少透析2次；具有正常的认知能力，能正确回答问题。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 65 years old, maintenance hemodialysis is more than 3 months; regular dialysis, at least 2 times per week; with normal cognitive ability, can correctly answer questions.

排除标准：

有严重合并症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe comorbidities.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：研究者打印病例记录表，按照研究计划收集患者试验数据，实时记录。 数据管理：研究者在试验完成后，将患者试验数据录入EXCEl中，按照中国临床试验注册中心网络平台要求上传原始数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The investigator prints a case record form, collects patient test data according to the research plan, and records it in real time. Data Management: After the trial is completed, the researcher enters the patient test data into EXCEl and uploads the original data according to the requirements of the China Clinical Trial Registration Center network platform.
