研究目的：

基于单细胞转录组测序技术分析毫火针治疗白癜风皮损中差异基因的转录组表达差异

Objectives of Study：

Based on single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology the transcriptome expression differences of differentially expressed genes in vitiligo lesions treated with millifire acupuncture were analyzed

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

毫火针散刺白斑区，每周1次，连续治疗12周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Millifire acupuncture punctures the leukoplakia area once a week for 12 weeks.

纳入标准：

①符合白癜风诊断的患者；②分期为非节段性稳定期的白癜风；③皮损位置位于腰腹部；④年龄在35-50岁，性别不限；⑤入组前一月内未接受火针治疗者；⑥患者依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the diagnosis of vitiligo; (2) vitiligo staged in a non-segmental stable stage; (3) the location of the skin lesion is located in the waist and abdomen; (4) Age 35-50 years old gender is not limited; (5) Those who have not received fire acupuncture treatment within one month before enrollment; (6) Good patient compliance.

排除标准：

①孕妇及哺乳期妇女②严重精神疾病者；③患有严重心脑血管疾病、血液系统疾病、重度高血压、严重糖尿病等重大疾病者；④瘢痕体质或过敏体质者；⑤1个月内参加过其他药物临床实验或正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant and lactating women (2) Those with severe mental illness; (3) Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases hematologic diseases severe hypertension severe diabetes and other major diseases; (4) Those with scar constitution or allergic constitution; (5) Patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 1 month or are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
