研究目的：

1.解析病证结合生物学内涵：基于多模态数据挖掘VaD脾肾亏虚、痰瘀互结证的关键生物标志物，探索“病-证-症-生物表征"多维关联网络，挖掘病证结合的生物学内涵。 2.开发可解释性病证结合诊断模型：结合机器学习构建病证结合诊断模型，通过解释性分析与外部验证提升临床可信度，为患者提供个性化的诊疗方案，推动中医精准医疗临床实践。 3.探索疾病进展的危险因素：结合随访信息，探索加速疾病进展的危险因素，构建疾病进展预测模型，早期识别引起疾病发展的危险因素，并针对危险因素提供管理建议。

Objectives of Study：

Analyzing the Biological Connotation of Disease-Syndrome Combination: Based on multimodal data mining of key biomarkers for spleen-kidney deficiency and phlegm-stasis intermingling syndrome in VaD exploring the multidimensional correlation network of "disease-syndrome-symptom-biological representation" to uncover the biological essence of disease-syndrome integration. Developing Interpretable Disease-Syndrome Combination Diagnostic Models: Integrating machine learning to construct diagnostic models for disease-syndrome combination enhancing clinical credibility through interpretability analysis and external validation providing personalized treatment plans for patients and advancing the clinical practice of precision medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Exploring Risk Factors for Disease Progression: Incorporating follow-up information to investigate risk factors that accelerate disease progression constructing predictive models for disease progression early identification of risk factors contributing to disease development and offering management recommendations targeting these risk factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合血管性痴呆的诊断标准； （2）Hachinski缺血量表评分≥7分； （3）年龄45～80周岁，性别不限； （4）临床痴呆评级量表痴呆程度评定为轻度、中度痴呆（CDR=1.0或2.0）； （5）能配合完成试验检测者； （6）志愿受试本人和其法定监护人签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia; (2) Hachinski Ischemic Scale score ≥7; (3) Aged between 45 and 80 years old regardless of gender; (4) Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) scale assessed as mild or moderate dementia (CDR=1.0 or 2.0); (5) Capable of cooperating to complete the trial tests; (6) The volunteer participant and their legal guardian have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）已明确诊断或通过现有病史、量表、影像学检查等怀疑VaD以外的脑部疾病所致痴呆者，如阿尔茨海默病、路易体痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、帕金森病、中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病、肿瘤、脑积水、外伤、中枢系统感染等； （2）严重神经功能缺损不能完成检查者，如便利手偏瘫、各种失语、视听障碍等； （3）严重精神疾病（如抑郁症、精神分裂症）及癫痫； （4）酒精及药物滥用者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with clearly diagnosed dementia caused by brain diseases other than VaD or those suspected of such conditions based on existing medical history scales or imaging examinations including Alzheimer's disease Lewy body dementia frontotemporal dementia Parkinson's disease central nervous system demyelinating diseases tumors hydrocephalus trauma central nervous system infections etc.; (2) Patients with severe neurological deficits who are unable to complete examinations such as hemiplegia of the dominant hand various types of aphasia or visual/auditory impairments; (3) Individuals with severe mental disorders (e.g. depression schizophrenia) or epilepsy; (4) Those with alcohol or substance abuse issues.
