研究目的：

1.主要探讨芳香疗法对口腔癌术后患者睡眠障碍相关问题的干预效果； 2.与单独进行芳香疗法干预，比较芳香疗法结合正念冥想对口腔癌术后患者睡眠障碍相关问题的干预效果； 3.探索芳香疗法及正念冥想的标准化干预方案，及其在口腔癌患者群体中的适用性。

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effect of aromatherapy on sleep disorders in oral cancer patients who had surgery; 2. To compare the effects of aromatherapy and aromatherapy combined with mindfulness meditation on sleep disorders in oral cancer patients who had surgery; 3. To explore the standardized intervention scheme of aromatherapy and mindfulness meditation and applicability in the population of oral cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

芳香精油产品来自正规厂家，卫妆字号。考虑到患者个人喜好与依从问题，具体设定了2种类型精油混合物。其中A为佛手柑、柑橘、橙花以3∶2∶1的比例配成复方精油；B为薰衣草、洋甘菊、玫瑰以3：2：1的比例配成复方精油。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The aromatic essential oil products come from regular manufacturers with a hygiene and cosmetics number. In view of the personal preferences and compliance issues of patients, two types of essential mixtures were specifically set up. Among them, A is a complex essential oil composed of bergamot, citrus, and orange blossom in a ratio of 3∶21; B is a complex essential oil composed of lavender, chamomile, and rose in a ratio of 3∶2∶1.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18 岁；②病理学诊断为口腔癌恶性肿瘤；③符合匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分＞7 分；④预计生存期评估大于 90ｄ；⑤神志清楚，听力正常，能够与医务人员交流；⑥预计进行手术治疗；⑦对薰衣草、佛手柑、甜马郁兰油等不过敏；⑧能熟练使用智能手机及微信软件；⑨患者及家属自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Age ≥18 years old;②Pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor of oral cancer;③Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQ) score > 7;④Estimated survival time > 90 days;⑤Oriented, with normal hearing, and able to communicate with medical staff;⑥Scheduled surgical treatment;⑦No allergy to lavender, bergamot, sweet marjoram oil, etc.;⑧Familiar with the use of smartphones and WeChat software⑨Patients and their families voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①意识障碍或有精神疾病；②有严重的肿瘤并发症与合并症,或合并有严重危及生命的原发性疾病；③对精油味反感；④正在进行其他药物或非药物精神及心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

①Disturbance of consciousness or mental illness; ②Severe tumor-related complications and comorbidities, or primary diseases that seriously endanger life ③Disgust with the smell of essential oils; ④Receiving other drug or nondrug psychiatric and psychological treatment.

给予常规护理方式（病情观察、用药护理、饮食护理等），护理人员可根据患者自身睡眠问题进行心理疏导和健康宣教（比如营造良好的睡眠环境、睡前喝杯牛奶、禁止剧烈运动等），出院后患者进行一周一次的电话随访与问题答疑。

干预前选择复方精油，术前1天开始，1次/d， 睡前取4-5滴复方精油滴在纸巾上，深呼吸8-10次，重复8-10次。将纸巾放在枕边睡觉。出院前发放复方精油，嘱患者每周至少五天使用。监督患者练习打卡。

Choose the compound essential oil before intervention, start 1 day before the operation, once a day, take 4-5 drops of compound essential oil on a paper before going to bed, deep breathing 8-10 times, repeat 8-10 times. Place the tissue paper beside the pillow and go to sleep. Dist the compound essential oil before discharge, and instruct the patient to use it at least five days a week. Supervise the patients to practice signing in.
