1、主要目的：内关—外关透刺针法对患者麻醉诱导期血流动力学的影响。 2、次要目的：内关—外关透刺针法预防患者PONV的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: The effect of Neiguan-Waiguan penetrating needle method on hemodynamics of patients during anesthesia induction. 2. Secondary objective: The efficacy of Neiguan-Waiguan penetrating needle method in preventing PONV in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

心、肺功能正常，无吸毒史，无长期应用阿片类药物史，耐受手术麻醉

Inclusion criteria

Heart and lung functions were normal, no history of drug use, no history of long-term opioid use, and tolerance to surgical anesthesia

排除标准：

高血压病史、窦性心动过缓、晕动症患者或发生过PONV

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with history of hypertension, sinus bradycardia, motion sickness or PONV
