研究目的：

主要目的：通过问卷调查对比内异症患者、子宫腺肌病患者与健康女性人群的饮食偏嗜习惯、中医体质，采集患者临床证候数据，分析饮食偏嗜与内异症、子宫腺肌病患者发病因素及中医体质相关性。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Diet preference and Chinese Medicine Constitution, clinical syndrome data will be collected through questionnaire survey from endometriosis patients, adenomyosis patients and healthy female population, to analyze the correlation between diet preference, Chinese Medicine Constitution and pathogenesis factors of endometriosis patients and adenomyosis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 病例组纳入标准 （1）18-45岁女性，符合子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病诊断标准； （2）签署知情同意书并愿意配合完成问卷调查。 2. 健康对照组纳入标准 （1）按照病例-健康对照原则，对照组选择与患者同年龄段的健康女性； （2）除外子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病及实质性脏器病变的相对健康人群； （3）签署知情同意书并愿意配合完成问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for cases (1)Women aged 18 to 45 years and meet the diagnostic criteria for endometriosis and adenomyosis; (2)Volunteered to complete the questionnaire survey and sign informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy women (1)Age matched; (2)Relatively healthy population who with no endometriosis, adenomyosis or substantive viscera lesions; (3)Volunteered to complete the questionnaire survey and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.疑似诊断患者； 2.内异症、子宫腺肌病恶性变可能： (1)绝经后确诊患者，不规则下腹痛； (2)卵巢囊肿直径＞10cm，子宫体积进行性增大过快； (3)影像学有恶性征象； (4)血清CA125＞200U/ml。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suspected diagnosed patient 2.Possible malignancy indications of endometriosis: (1)Endometriosis in postmenopausal women with irregular pain pattern; (2)Diameter of ovary cyst over 10 cm; (3)Malignant sign under ultrasound scan. (4)Serum CA125>200U/ml.
