研究目的：

在前期研究工作基础上，结合国内外最近研究进展，以不同损伤节段（茎乳突外节段、鼓索神经节段、镫骨神经节段、膝状神经节及以上节段）为切入点，以PFNP为研究对象，进一步深入研究针刺对PFNP不同损伤节段的作用规律，从而更好的指导临床，提高疗效。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous research work and combined with the latest research progress at home and abroad taking different injury segments (the segment outside the stylomastoid foramen the chorda tympani nerve segment the stapedial nerve segment the geniculate ganglion and the segments above it) as the breakthrough points and taking peripheral facial nerve paralysis (PFNP) as the research object this study will further conduct an in-depth exploration of the action rules of acupuncture on different injury segments of PFNP so as to better guide clinical practice and improve the therapeutic effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合周围性面神经麻痹诊断标准，患病16天-3月。 ②年龄大于18岁。 ③一侧面肌瘫痪。 ④按课题设计治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for peripheral facial paralysis and the duration of the disease is between 16 days and 3 months. ② Be older than 18 years old. ③ Have paralysis of the facial muscles on one side. ④ Receive treatment according to the design of this project.

排除标准：

①不符合以上纳入病例标准。 ②通过面神经磁共振排除中耳炎、乳突炎、腮腺炎等并发的周围性面神经麻痹；后颅窝病变如听神经瘤、颅底脑膜炎、癌证颅内转移、多发性硬化等引起的周围性面神经麻痹；外伤性周围性面神经麻痹；中枢性周围性面神经麻痹。 ③妊娠妇女和哺乳期妇女。 ④合并严重心脑血管疾病、肝、肾、肺、血液系统疾病和精神疾病。 ⑤未坚持治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Do not meet the above inclusion criteria for cases. ② Exclude peripheral facial paralysis complicated by otitis media mastoiditis parotitis etc. through facial nerve magnetic resonance imaging; exclude peripheral facial paralysis caused by posterior fossa lesions such as acoustic neuroma basilar meningitis intracranial metastasis of cancer multiple sclerosis etc.; exclude traumatic peripheral facial paralysis; exclude central peripheral facial paralysis. ③ Pregnant women and lactating women. ④ Combine with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases diseases of the liver kidney lung and hematopoietic system as well as mental diseases. ⑤ Those who do not adhere to the treatment.
