研究目的：

1. 观察并比较电针与电针联用耳穴贴压改善DSPN患者相关症状的效果； 2. 观察并比较电针与居家经皮穴位电刺激改善DSPN患者相关症状的效果。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe and compare the effectiveness of electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing on improving symptoms in DSPN patients. 2. To observe and compare the effectiveness of electroacupuncture and home-based transcutaneous electrical stimulation on improving symptoms in DSPN patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合DSPN的诊断标准； 2. 18-75周岁； 3. 自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for DSPN. 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years. 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 足部溃疡、坏疽未愈、截肢/趾； 2. 植入心脏起搏器； 3. 妊娠期、哺乳期或计划妊娠； 4. 患有恶性肿瘤或接受化疗，患有严重心脑血管疾病、感染性疾病、肝肾功能不全、酗酒等； 5. 有脑出血病史、遗传性出血性疾病（如血友病）或正在使用华法林等 抗凝药物； 6. 有认知功能障碍或失语、精神障碍等，不能配合研究的实施。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unhealed foot ulcers gangrene or amputation of limbs/toes. 2. Implantation of a cardiac pacemaker. 3. Pregnancy breastfeeding or planned pregnancy. 4. Diagnosis of malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases infectious diseases liver and kidney dysfunction alcohol abuse etc. 5. Cognitive dysfunction aphasia mental disorders or other conditions preventing cooperation with the study.
